Casa Arcada 

Living, right by the Guadiana River in a small, cozy, very quiet village in the Algarve. The region is considered the sunniest and warmest region in Europe – also ideal for spending the winter. From the huge terrace, you have a direct view of the river.

 

The house is south-facing and offers privacy from the neighbors. It is wonderfully bright and a spectacle of light and landscape. A magical place. Nature is very present – the landscape is a dream, and the whole area is full of birds.

Nature invites you to go hiking, take boat trips, there is a swimming spot, and you can make excellent bike tours and excursions in every direction. There is much to discover in the area. Additionally, with Spain (15 minutes away), there is another exciting excursion option.

There are old castles and Roman buildings (Alcoutim, Castro Marim), vast reservoirs, and old watermills (Odeleite). 7 hiking and cycling trails practically start right at the house.
