This apartment is an incredibly beautiful place. Shining light every day. A panoramic view of nature every day. You can't take your eyes off the big river. Boats pass by, nature is quiet and full of birds. Surrounding gardens and peace, peace, peace! There are 2 small slipways where you can use recreational boats (canoe, kayak, or jet ski). And one of the slipways is also a beautiful swimming spot. Only 150 m from the house and you can find it in the pictures. This area is one of the warmest regions in Europe. The sun usually shines here!

Also ideal for wintering. If you need and love peace, this is the right place for you! The house, with all its round elements, is stylish and first-class built. You live very separately and the entire apartment is NOT visible to neighbors. The orientation is south - so you can always enjoy the beautiful weather. ​ The village is quiet and the people are VERY "grounded", friendly, open-minded, and sweet! There is a good restaurant nearby. Another "iconic" place is "Bar do Rio", 4 km away, where people meet and have fun eat, and linger.

Alcoutim is the next town (14 minutes) where you can find everything. By the way, Praia Fluvial is also a very beautiful river beach. In and around Vila Real (25 minutes) you will find other classic Algarve beaches in TOP quality. We would like to expressly recommend Altura - the shallow beach there is a dream. But the beaches of Praia Verde and Monte Gordo are also super beautiful and not too touristy! ​

The apartment is divided as follows: 1 large living room with river views. 1 large bedroom with river view (new bed and good mattress (1.6 m)) 1 bathroom with shower 1 covered, VERY large patio area 1 covered outdoor kitchen 1 sundeck/patio area 1 parking space Otherwise: mobile router/internet, an additional room on the ground floor for bicycles or as storage space/craft room. Another storage space in the apartment. An additional closet.

Technical information: Thermopen glazing, floor-to-ceiling windows/patio door elements facing south. The house is completely insulated and modernly built. We only have the air conditioning in operation upon additional request/additional costs. Otherwise, there are oil radiators for the winter (completely sufficient). In summer there is a room fan available that cools down sufficiently. The house is simple but functional and beautifully furnished (NEW in 2023).
